Hi everyone! My name is Melissa and I've been with the Tyler Kercher State Farm Agency since 2021, but don't let that fool you! I've been working with State Farm Insurance in some capacity since 1999 so I have a wealth of knowledge for insurance and financial services products. On top of having all of my insurance licenses, I am a Notary Public, I can assist with your Pet Insurance, and I also help out with all of the going-ons in the office on a day-to-day basis. I am originally from California but currently reside in Navarre! I have 3 boys, two of which are licensed, so I understand the pain of a teen driver! Community involvement is a priority of mine and the Agency. When I have a few moments to myself, I enjoy going to the spa! While I love the beach, I actually haven't made it there too terribly often so that is on my list! Come visit our office today and say hello!

I graduated from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University and had contracted into the Marine Corps as an officer, but COVID changed that and I found a wonderful niche here with the Kercher Agency. In my spare time I enjoy working out, exploring cocktail recipes, gaming, and my eternal quest to find the perfect Mai Tai. I also used to volunteer at a local animal shelter so don’t forget to ask me about Pet Insurance!

My name is Travis and I’m so pleased to be working with the awesome Tyler Kercher State Farm Insurance Team here in beautiful Pensacola! I am originally from Lansing, Michigan and certainly prefer the Florida weather. I’m an Account Manager here and there are no insurance lines or questions that I can’t assist with! In my spare time I enjoy listening to music and collecting vinyl records, I practice Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and volunteer with Feeding America! Prior to obtaining my insurance licenses, which allows me to service in Alabama, Florida and Georgia I was a preschool teacher. I am a native Floridian who has lived in Oregon, Hawaii, and Maryland. There’s no place like the Panhandle which is why my Fiancé, and I are raising our kiddos here. With an up-and-coming driver in the household and one getting ready to deploy to the Air Force, I totally understand the concerns parents have with new drivers. I have quite a few unique experiences the most recent and perhaps the most meaningful was that I was a gestational surrogate to two wonderful little boys. I've been blessed with an opportunity to serve the community with Tyler's Agency as an account manager. When I am not in office, you can find me working on my next art piece or soaking up sun at the beach.

I was born and raised in New Orleans but moved to Pensacola in 2015. I’ve been working for State Farm for 3 years now and am licensed in FL, AL, and AR. I’m a huge football fan, so on Saturdays you’ll find me watching LSU (Geaux Tigers!) and any other day of the week it’s the Saints (WHO DAT!).
