After 45 years of dealing with GEICO on the phone, it was a pleasure to deal with an insurance agent in person. The receptionist knew my name when I walked in the first time and continued to greet me by name at every visit."

"Been with State Farm for 3 plus years, good company, not a good agent. No follow up or customer service. Reached out multiple times when my daughter had an accident "not her fault" for help... I had to do all the work to get this situation resolved. Asked for changes to be made to the policy and it never got done, even after repeated follow-ups. Finally got someone on the phone two weeks ago and went over the issues yet again and was told that they would get it fixed and get back to me shortly. Almost two weeks later and nothing.... Called the office 4 times yesterday and spoke to admin, who assured me they were aware and would be back in touch with me. Again nothing, then emailed and nothing. Went so far to contact another agent who called for me and spoke to Tyler himself and he assured the agent that they would be back in touch with me. Again nothing! Now transferring to another agent who understands customer service. Stay away from this agent if you value customer service as they certainly don't value the customers."
