"I wish i could give them 0 stars. Good luck trying to get a hold of anyone that works there. No one is ever any help. And if they say that they will get someone to call you back, no they won’t. After I switched insurances, they billed me 2 more months until I finally got someone on the phone and told them to refund me. And then didn’t even get the full refund. I called them and they said they would have the right person call me back. They didn’t. Now I have to wait til Monday to get the rest of the money they stole from me."

"I've had a very good business relationship with this State Farm for the most part. The only trouble that I've seem to run into several times, & had been a hassle, is when (naturally) my mileage is needed. I have tried to do so on the app & it doesn't "take", so I have to end up going out of my way to their store to have someone in there come out & look for themselves @ my mileage & they'll enter it. The last time I did that, last year I believe, for whatever reason, that wasn't sufficient enough & it ended up being an annoying ordeal!! Just now as I was asked to enter my mileage using the State Farm app & hadn't gotten too far, I actually got an call from them & she asked me what my mileage is & I told her. Then I suggested that I take a picture & send it her &/ them, bc in the past I've had issues with this. She agreed that would be a good idea & I sent 2, that have the date & are time stamped, so I HOPE that is MORE than enough for them to be what they want & require, because this 1 detail has had my insurance rate go up & STAY up, around $20+ for TOO LONG, in my opinion!! I also was told that if it showed that I was driving good, which I AM, that I would be rewarded with discounts & I have yet to see ANY in well over a year+!!! So we'll see how this time around goes with my mileage information 🙂"
